1. How can I place an order?
Select the product you like, add it to your cart, and click "Complete purchase." Fill out your shipping details, select your payment method, and confirm your order.
2. What payment methods are available?
You can pay:
- online transfer (e.g. Blik, Przelewy24),
- upon personal collection (cash or BLIK).
3. How long does it take to process an order?
I prepare and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
4. What are the delivery options?
InPost parcel locker – approximately 1–2 days,
Personal collection in Warsaw (by prior arrangement).
5. Can I return the product?
Yes, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
To do this, write to me at kontakt.bananumdeco@gmail.com
and return the product in undamaged condition.
6. What should I do if the product arrives damaged?
If the parcel is damaged, it is best to refuse it and inform me by email.
If you notice any damage after opening, please contact me at kontakt.bananumdeco@gmail.com and we will solve the problem together.
7. Are the candles handmade?
Yes, all Bananum Deco products are handmade in a small workshop in Warsaw. Each candle is unique, and slight variations are a natural result of the handmade process.
8. Can I order a refill for my candle?
Absolutely! All Bananum Deco candles are designed to be refillable. Choose the right refill on the website and match the scent to your mood.
9. Can I order a gift?
Yes, I'm happy to gift-wrap your order. Just add that information in the order notes.
