§1. General information

  1. The Bananum Deco online store operates at www.bananumdeco.pl and is run by a natural person:
    Natalia Sadouskaya , conducting unregistered business activity under Article 5, paragraph 1 of the Act - Entrepreneurs' Law.

  2. The store offers products: aromatic candles, refills, waxes (melts), table candles and decorations.
  3. All products are handmade, so their appearance, color and smell may differ slightly from the photos.

§2. Orders

  1. Orders can be placed via the website 24/7.
  2. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract.
  3. After placing the order, the Customer receives a confirmation via e-mail to the address provided when ordering.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order in the event of a shortage of goods or an error in the offer.

§3. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices listed on the website are gross prices.
  2. Available payment methods:
    • online payment by card or BLIK,
    • cash payment upon personal collection.
  3. Online payment is made via an external payment operator.

§4. Delivery and pickup

  1. Available delivery methods:
    • shipping to an InPost parcel locker,
    • personal collection in Warsaw (after prior arrangement).
  2. Delivery costs are visible when placing your order.
  3. Order processing time is usually 2-7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

§5. Withdrawal from the contract and returns

  1. The customer-consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please send an e-mail to: kontakt.bananumdeco@gmail.com with information about the withdrawal and return the product to the seller’s address.
  3. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
  4. Custom-made or personalized products may not be returnable if they were made according to the customer's instructions. In such cases, the right of withdrawal will be clearly indicated on the product.

§6. Complaints

  1. If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
  2. Complaints should be sent to the e-mail address: kontakt.bananumdeco@gmail.com together with a description and photo of the defect.
  3. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of its receipt.

§7. Personal data

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store's website. The data is used solely for order fulfillment and complaint handling.

§8. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. The current version will be available at www.bananumdeco.pl.
